Former Hollywood film producer, Ken Vrana, is looking for worldwide locations to premiere his new film Snow Angels, a film dedicated to the memory of Linda McCartney. The film documents a year in the lives of three women who died of breast cancer. The film features music contributed by Sarah McLachlan. From London to Amsterdam to Ashville, North Carolina, Mr. Vrana is looking to partner with local charities to raise money for breast cancer research, at-risk youths, domestic violence, and other worthy causes. Mr. Vrana states:
"An event usually involves a black-tie dinner, a screening of the movie and an auction. But, we are very flexible."
Seventy-five percent of the proceeds from the event will be used to support the charity that partners with him to host the event, and the other 25 percent will be donated to Garland Appeal USA, a foundation formed in the memory of Linda McCartney. Interested charities should contact Mr. Vrana as soon as possible by e-mail at kvrana@nc.rr.com.
